Transparent about Sustainability
We see circular design as a prerequisite for sustainability. Circularity makes infinite recycling possible, meaning waste no longer exists. This is of course easier said than done. That is why we try to make our path to circularity, with its shortcomings, as clear as possible.

Our rugs are delivered free of charge within 2-4 working days.
Partly due to sustainability considerations, we want to limit the number of returns, which is why you can also order free samples of all our rugs, so that you can be sure you are making the right choice. This option is visible on the product page.
If you regret your order. Then you can return it free of charge. View the conditions here.
Returns
It is possible to return your rug free of charge within 14 days of receiving. The return policy page explains how this works. You can return smaller copies yourself, we will collect larger copies from you. We will make a pick-up appointment for this.
To prevent unnecessary returns, we offer free samples. You can order this on the product page of the desired rug.
Custom sizes
Custom sizes are possible in almost all cases, we mention the possibility of customization on the product page. Please note, custom rugs cannot be returned. If in doubt, it is possible to order free samples.
Because we produce the rugs ourselves, we can deliver custom work quickly. Delivery times are stated on the product page. The standard delivery time for custom rugs is 4-6 working days.
